Non-negotiable floors

Go/Rust backend

Node backend and PHP forbidden. Node frontend (Next, Astro) 100% allowed.

Secrets server-side

Never in the client or NEXT_PUBLIC_. Auth and tenant validated server-side.

Real green

Smoke proves content, pentest rejects injection/coercion, simulated covers 100% of routes.

Always archive

Decisions and context become .md in the archive, every time. The index is the source of truth.

Commands

Installed in .claude/commands/. Run /go-help anytime.

/go-ccContext compact: writes context + checklist to the archive and runs /compact.
/go-handoffWrites the handoff without compacting — session end or task switch.
/go-qaPlan-first QA: plan, write the MD, ask for approval, then run.

/go-index(Re)generates the micro-function index from doc-comments.
