Non-negotiable floors

Never switched off "to go faster". Full list in the skill.

Platform by fit + ADR

Native iOS Swift / Android Kotlin or cross KMP/Flutter/RN — chosen by fit and an ADR, never by taste.

Offline-first, nothing lost

UI reads local, mutations go through a durable outbox, delta sync and explicit conflict resolution — no write vanishes silently.

OIDC/PKCE, no secret in the bundle

The app is a public client delegating to auth.<domain> — never its own login, never a client_secret in the bundle; authz on the server.

Keys in secure storage

Refresh tokens and keys in Keychain/Keystore/Secure Enclave, never in cleartext storage nor in logs/crashes.

Gated store delivery

Signing in a vault, CI-signed build, staged/phased rollout with a crash-free gate + halt, and a kill-switch.

The device is hostile

SPKI pinning with backup, data encrypted at rest, deep links and IPC treated as hostile input.
