Non-negotiable floors

Never switched off "to start faster". Full list in the skill.

The floor is day 0

No "IAM/ops/tests for later": the feature sits on top of the foundation, not in its place.

IAM as a separate app

Own auth + authfront from day 0, OIDC/OAuth2.1+PKCE delegation, ID≠email, 2+ factors, multi-tenant ReBAC.

Secrets server-side

Never in the client or NEXT_PUBLIC_; parameterized queries; auth decided server-side, deny-by-default.

Isolated ops + gated CI

Linux user + systemd per service, ops seed; fixed dev→test→git→hml→prd flow, only green promotes.

Real green + rejection

A suite that runs today, no .skip; pentest proves rejection route-by-route, field-by-field.

Language by fit + ADR

Chosen from the sanctioned set (Go/Rust/Elixir/C#/Zig/Ruby) by fit + an initial ADR, never by taste.
