Non-negotiable floors

Never switched off "to go faster". Full list in the skill.

Elixir/OTP backend

Phoenix, Ecto and OTP on the BEAM. Frontend delegates to schematize-web.

Secrets server-side

Never in the client. Auth and authorization decided on the server.

Parameterized Ecto

Queries always parameterized. No SQL by concatenation or interpolation.

OTP supervision

A supervision tree by design, let-it-crash; a process only where there is state or fault isolation.

IAM as a separate app

Identity≠email, ≥2 factors, multi-tenant ReBAC, at auth.<domain>.

Code and archive

≤750 lines/file, @doc/@spec on every public function, the MAP and archive mandatory.
